We all need to breath. If you stop breathing more than four minutes, you'll die.

In order to breath, we need to keep our lungs healthy and our air clean.

The American Lung Association works on the public's behalf to insure we can have heaqlthy lungs and clean air.

Saturday, around five thousand people wearing red t-shirts will participate in Mission Viejo's 27th Annual Walk Against Drugs.

They will start at Mission Viejo High School for a rally and then begin their mile and a half journey to the Village Green adjacent to the Norman P. Murray Center

Collage: Breast Cancer Awareness Month

In our County...one in seven women are diagnosed with breast cancer each year.

Those that are diagnosed have a better chance of surviving it if it's caught early.

Annual screenings for breast cancer are advised at age 40 and above

Collage: U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon 2015

Next month, Through Oct. 8th through the 11th and Oct 15th through the 18th, the Orange County Great Park in Irvine hosts for the second time, the U.S. Department of Energy Solar Decathlon.

Sixteen college teams from around the world have arrived at the Great Park to begin building their solar houses. The teams include Team Orange County, which consists of Saddleback College, Irvine Valley College, U-C-Irvine and Chapman University.
